This will ensure the player has tickets (of their purchase level) each week of the raffle without them having to manually buy tickets each week. Ticket purchasers can opt out of this subscription at any time. If the ace of spades is drawn and the raffle is started again, all subscriptions will be cancelled. Players will have to opt in again if they want to subscribe for their weekly purchase of tickets.

DRAW SELECTION: A single ticket number will be selected each week by a gaming lab certified Random Number Generator (RNG) from all raffle ticket numbers sold during the week leading up to the draw. The draw will be electronically conducted from the CKRM Radio Station located at 1900 Rose Street, Regina SK. S4P 0A9 at approximately 4:30pm and streamed live on Facebook.  Purchasers do not need to be present to win and social distancing practices are encouraged.

WEEKLY WINNER: Each weekly draw winner will receive a single cash prize equal to 20 percent of all ticket sales collected during the week. The winner will be contacted by phone and asked to choose an envelope from the remaining envelopes that contain cards. The chosen envelope will be opened and revealed.  If after 3 attempts over 15 minutes, the winner hasn’t been contacted, a designated proxy will choose an envelope for the weekly winner.  The designated proxy will be either Michael Ball or the Station Manager from CKRM SportsCage.

PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT WINNER: If the envelope associated with the winning weekly draw ticket reveals the Ace of Spades (including week 1), the weekly draw winner will also receive the Chase the Ace Progressive Jackpot, consisting of 30 percent of all ticket sales collected over all weeks. The Raffle is then concluded.  The progressive jackpot will commence with a seeded prize payout of $25,000.  It will be up to the Foundation if they wish to restart the raffle again and whether the raffle if started again will have a seeded amount subject to SLGA approval.

GAME PLAY OUT:  If the game is not concluded by the end of the licensing period according to the dates of our SLGA license, the game will be played out on the last Friday before license expiration, May 31st, 2024.  RNG draws will be made and envelopes selected until there is a winner.  There will be no sales between these draws and if the 20% prize weekly winner does not choose the ace, only the 30% progressive jackpot will be eligible to be won by subsequent draws. Each subsequent draw winner who does not win a cash prize in the final week will win a $50 gift card from the Rider store. This leaves a total of 30 potential gift cards to be won if the remains hidden until the 52nd envelope is opened.

NUMBER OF TICKETS AND PRIZE VALUE:  There will be 6,000,000 tickets for sale and a total prize value of $1,526,500 possible prize value.

Ticket sales revenue $3,000,000 divided by 2 = $1,500,000 + seeded pot $25,000 = 1,525,000 + rider store gift cards $1,500 = $1,526,500

POSTING WINNERS: The winning ticket number will be posted to following each weekly draw, along with the weekly prize amount and the revealed playing card associated with the weekly winning ticket.  Winning information will be announced on Harvard Radio Sports Cage program and streamed live on Facebook.

CARD/ENVELOPE SECURITY: 52 cards will originally be counted and the Ace of Spades confirmed to be in the deck.  The cards will be shuffled and face down placed into non-transparent envelopes and sealed. The appointed coordinator from the organization, will then shuffle the envelopes and another person designated by the Foundation will number the sealed envelopes from 1 to 52.  The president of the Saskatchewan Roughriders, Craig Reynolds will then sign each envelope along the seal of the envelope.

ATTENDANCE AT DRAW: Ticket holders do not have to be present at the draws in order to win or to claim their prize. The winner will also be contacted by phone.
